@softballa259 I think you might be looking at the same photoshoot i saw. That photoshoot was for season 6, not season 7. Ellen was pregnant before and this is when Katherine was still there as we all know she survived the season 5 finale.

Sandra Oh, Sandra Oh. If she doesn’t win the Emmy for this I’m just gonna die. The cast is spectacular but Sandra Oh… she’s just out of this world. A-MA-ZING.

OMG this two hour finale was a million times better than a lot of movies now on days , cant wait for season 7, i tought that without izzie and george i would lose interest in the series , shonda just shut the my F&^%(( mouth and im glad she did ;D

This was the only Grey’s Anatomy episode I have ever watched, I saw the episode because this promo is AWESOME!

I have never watched this show until the Finale and i baled like a baby…
i couldn’t focus the entire time i was watching it because i was like omg omg omg whos gonna die, DEREK HIDE!! and my heart was racing and i just cried, it was horrible but fantastic! and when he came to shoot lexie, i just though OMG! don’t shoot my fav. character! and the end… omg, hunts confession was AMAZING! and karev calling for Izz, perfect, so fantastic, like, i’m so exited to see the new season!
the most heartbreaking season finale I’ve ever seen ! I never cried as much for a show ! How pathetic I am ! ^^ Very overwhelming !
I wish owen chose Altman and Lexie chose Sloan … and didn’t really get the ending scene with the pregnancy test …
Anyway , grey’s anatomy best show ever !

Haha I love how excited everyone is to comment here. It was so amazing!! I was so scared for them!! Just thinking that it could happen in any of our lives is so scary! I love how their all hiding out in little groups.

This episode hasn’t aired in my country but I found it online because I had to watch it. It made me cry so badly. There were some shocking scenes but mostly sad. I have to admit, I kind of wanted a main character to die because it would have made a big impact on season 7 but then again, I can’t deal with anymore main characters leaving. This is the best season finale I have ever seen for any show. Seriously, I can watch this over and over again and still be completely shocked. I ? Greys Anatomy.
