bundle branch block refers to the left or right bundle branches of the conduction fibers stemming from the bundle of His. In a block, damage to the myocytes results in an ability to depolarize the cells along the conduction pathway past that point (the blockage), meaning no contraction…..but i’m only a 1st year, so don’t bank on my reply : – /
