The blue vein is the portal vein not the hepatic vein !!!!
1. The Vein you indicated is the PORTAL VEIN -the hepatic vein is the one above, near the coronary ligament.
2. That is NOT the round ligament – that is the duodenal papilla – a sphinctor.
3. Your ‘lecture’ is incomplete, e.g. the accessory duct of the pancreas, e.t.c

lol i wonder how you did on ur abdomen anatomy exam for medschool. like most are saying it is ampulla of vater not round ligament, that is not even a close option. Round ligament is ligamentum teres hepatis which is the inferior portion of the falciform ligament hanging out or projecting out. Don’t post wrong videos post it when you got everything 100% on otherwise other people will get confused
